Also known as: Broker CRM, IB Back-Office, Partner Back-Office
A Broker CRM & IB Back-Office is the broker's own client-and-partner management system, distinct from a pure affiliate platform. It handles client onboarding, the trader's room, and multi-level IB commission calculation tied directly to trading activity on MT4/MT5 or cTrader.
The back-office connects to the broker's trading server through a manager API, so it sees every trade a referred client executes. For each closed position it reads the traded volume and applies the IB's per-lot rebate, then walks up the referral tree applying each parent IB's override percentage. A master IB earning $7 per lot with a $2 sub-IB override sees both legs computed automatically from the same trade.
Because the calculation is tied to real volume rather than a one-off deposit, rebates accrue continuously as the client trades. The system also handles client onboarding, KYC status, the trader's room and the IB portal, giving partners a live view of their downline, volumes and accrued commissions. Its architecture sets the ceiling on how many sub-IB tiers and how complex a commission structure the broker can actually support.
A manager API connects the back-office to the MT4/MT5 or cTrader server.
The IB's client registers and completes KYC inside the trader's room.
Each closed position feeds its traded lot volume back to the CRM.
The system applies the IB's per-lot rate to the volume traded.
Each parent sub-IB's override percentage is applied along the referral chain.
Accrued rebates and overrides appear in each partner's IB portal.
Why it matters for partnership: For IBs, the back-office is where rebates are computed from live trading volume and where the multi-tier sub-IB structure is administered. Its capabilities set the ceiling on how complex and how deep a partner hierarchy the broker can support.
A broker running B2Core links its MT5 server to the CRM. When a referred client trades, the back-office auto-calculates the IB's per-lot rebate and the sub-IB override, and posts both to the IB portal.

For IB deals, confirm the back-office supports the number of sub-IB tiers your network needs; some systems cap the depth of the override chain.
Assuming any broker can support a deep multi-tier IB tree; the back-office platform, not the broker's willingness, is often the real limit.
Affiliate platforms track web conversions (CPA/CPL); broker CRMs compute IB rebates from actual trading volume via a direct MT4/MT5 server link.
